Any attempt to engage in match-fixing or gain an unfair advantage through illegal means will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds.

• Attempting to attack or compromise our systems through hacking, viruses, or other malicious software.

• Harassing other users or using abusive language.

• If KYC verification fails, the account will remain suspended.
• Users who wish to close their account may submit a request to our support team.
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted, your account will be locked for the specified period.
• Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance (if applicable) will be returned, though bonus funds will not be refunded.
